RAK Tuesday

This is going over like a lead balloon, so today might be my very last RAK post.

This week, I want you to buy something for a stranger. Yep, I said it. When you head to the convenience store, and there is a person getting a coke in front of/behind you, pay for them. If you're in the drive through, pay for the person behind you. I know money is tight for everyone right now, but a little kindness could go so far for someone.

Go forth and be kind!

I think this is such a nice idea. And so important! Last week when I made cookies, my children brought a plate over to the lovely people who work at our local co-op (we are in a very small town). It is amazing how just being kind can really change yours and someone else's mood! Thanks for giving us ideas and challenges!

Oh, gosh, this means I actually have to leave the house. I'll do it, though. I think I'll drive thru Starbucks and pay for the person's coffee behind me. Yep, that's what I'll do.

I read recently about someone who did just what Heather suggests. They drove through Starbucks and paid for the person behind them, who did the same, and it went on for seven or eight cars. You never know when that little something is going to make a huge difference in someone's day and put a smile on that otherwise wouldn't' have existed.

I had to go back to see what RAK was and to figure out what you were up to. I think RAK is a great idea, please don't give up. Maybe a button on your sidebar would help draw attention to it and encourage people to participate with you??

I won't give up! Thanks ladies. And Tricia, I did what you suggested, thanks!

I think you should make a button about this. I would put it on my blogs. I love it.
I am about to mail out 2 prefolds to a foster mama in need, and I thought of you and the RAK threads. I figure since I am giving them to her for free and she is a stranger, then it counts.
