I've been a bit obsessed about teaching my daughter how to say this. Every time she brings me something, I tell her thank you. I also push the word please - but she's not that great with her P's yet so I cut her some slack on that one.
She has said thank you once or twice. She's capable of forming these two words.
Last week, I gave her juice. I said, "Can you say thank you?".
She promtly replied, "NO", and walked away.
